When your mind sings…

Having a good song stuck in your head

…are one of those little things that remind me life is good.

Que tu mente se obsecione con una buena

…son una de esas pequeñas cosas que me hacen recordar lo buena que es la vida.

We all know what it feels like to a have song stuck in our heads. It’s there, in your mind, playing over and over again as if you were part of a movie and you needed a background tune. This can be a terrible thing when you get a song, or the fragment of a song you dislike stuck in your head. Once a song gets stuck, there’s not much that can take it out and the more you try the louder your mind sings.

BUT, when the song stuck in your head is one you love things are great! You walk around, devoid of an mp3 or earplugs, yet listening to your own awesome background music.

When this happens, however, I would warn you about braking in dance if you are embarrassed by people staring and calling you crazy. Remember, those poor souls don’t have the music in their hearts.

  1. Ah, yes – the earworm. When a song is dreadful, aiming for a song that is the complete opposite of the one stuck sometimes helps. When it’s an enjoyable song, sometimes, you can’t help but wish others could hear it, too.
